A clear copy of the brochure shall be submitted where the street line
certificate is required and the street line certificate will be issued based
on the information contained in the brochure.
Survey plan submitted for issuance of street line certificate ,
If it is an approved survey plan, a street line certificate can be
issued for it. If it is more than 20 years old,
a surveyor's note should be obtained that the boundaries are
correct.
If not an approved survey plan,
If it has been drawn in less than 10 years then a street line
certificate can be issued.
If it is drawn between 10-20 years old then get a surveyor's note
that the boundaries are correct.
It should be done not to accept survey plans that are more than 20
years old and to get a new survey plan that has been re-measured.
The original copy of the route certificate must be brought. Otherwise it
will be mailed to your address. If mailed, there will be charges for it.
The assessment report should be submitted where the route certificate is
required.
The assessment must be paid up to the relevant year, and if the assessment
is not paid, this service is not available.
A fee of Rs.2000.00 and VAT amount of Rs.360.00 must be paid for this
service.
If the street line certificate is mailed, a fee of Rs.110.00 should be paid.
Entering false information may result in rejection of your application and
no refund of the amount paid.
Payment can be made by Credit and Debit cards only.
Be careful to select the correct assessment number while selecting the
assessment number for which certificate is required.
