- Sinhala, Tamil and English books can be taken out.
Investigation Division
- Books cannot be taken out here only for reference. (No membership required.)
Newspapers and Magazines Division
- Daily, weekly and weekend newspapers and magazines published in Sinhala and Tamil media are available for your use.
Self Study Section
- To apply self-study to educational needs
Kids Section
- Children between 5-14 years of age can get membership and bring books. There is also an opportunity to consult books from this department. Free classes for child members.
Extension Services
- Organizing seminars, lectures, exhibitions, competitions and various events.
- Conducting mobile services.
- Operates for out-of-reach readers for the library.
Photocopy charges and provision of internet service.
- A4 both sides – Rs.15.00
- A4 one side – Rs. 10.00
- Internet and e-mail charges per hour Rs. 100.00 for ½ hour Rs. 50.00
- Hourly for library members Rs. 70.00
- 1/2 hour for library members Rs. 35.00
